These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of lyftgear.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from LYFT Gear (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from this Site.

We sell digital products (such as ebooks and downloads). We may also sell physical products (such as apparel and accessories) now or in future.

We aim to describe products accurately. If something is clearly incorrect (for example a pricing error), we may correct it and cancel affected orders if necessary.

3. Digital Products (Downloads)

When you purchase a digital product:

  • Delivery is electronic via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

  • You must not copy, share, distribute, resell, publish, upload, or make the digital content available to others.

We may limit or suspend access where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, or unauthorised sharing has occurred.

4. Physical Products

Where physical products are offered:

  • Shipping options, costs, and any delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Dispatch times may vary by product and will be stated where applicable.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site at the time you place an order.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify and payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where necessary (for example suspected fraud, misuse, or an obvious error).

If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
