Overview
Thanks for shopping with LYFT Gear. This policy explains returns, cancellations and refunds for both digital productsand physical products.

Digital products (ebooks, downloads)
Instant delivery and cancellation
Digital products are delivered instantly.
By placing an order for a digital product, you consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download or access begins, you may lose your legal right to cancel.
Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned, digital purchases are not refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, except where the content is faulty and we cannot fix it.
Download support
If you have any issues accessing your download, email info@lyftgear.shop and we will help you get access as quickly as possible. If the file is genuinely faulty or corrupted and we cannot resolve it, we may offer a replacement file or an appropriate refund.
Physical products (apparel, accessories, etc.)
Change of mind (online orders)
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive your item.
You then have 14 days from the date you tell us you are cancelling to send the item back.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging where possible
• With tags or hygiene seals intact where applicable
How to start a return
Email info@lyftgear.shop with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for return (optional)
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return postage
For change of mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
We can withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or you provide evidence that you have sent them.
Refund timing:
• Processed within 14 days of receiving the return (or evidence of return)
• Your bank may take additional time to show the refund
If you cancel the entire order within the cancellation period, we refund the standard delivery charge (if paid). Any premium delivery upgrades are not refunded.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (physical goods)
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@lyftgear.shop with your order number and photos.
30 day faulty goods refund right
For physical goods, you may have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or is unsuccessful, a price reduction or refund may apply.
Where appropriate, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to stock availability. If you want a different size or item, the quickest option is usually to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
