Thank you for shopping with LYFT Gear.
All Vital Ring orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed. Depending on the delivery service used, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your Vital Ring arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout. LYFT Gear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

All digital products sold on LYFT Gear are delivered electronically.

After purchase, your download will be available via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or sent to you by email.
