Digital products

All digital products sold on LYFT Gear are delivered electronically.

No shipping is required for digital products. After completing your purchase, your download will be available via a download link on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital download, please contact info@lyftgear.shop and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Physical products

LYFT Gear plans to offer physical products, including fitness apparel, accessories, and wearable technology.

When physical products are available:

  • Shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

  • Dispatch times and estimated delivery windows will be shown on the relevant product pages

  • Tracking information will be provided where available

  • Any shipping restrictions or exclusions will be clearly stated prior to purchase

Mixed orders

If an order contains both digital and physical products:

  • Digital products will be delivered immediately via download link and email

  • Physical products will be shipped separately according to the shipping option selected at checkout

Shipping locations

Shipping availability for physical products will be confirmed at checkout once physical items are available for purchase.
