Digital products

All digital products are delivered instantly and are non returnable once access has been provided or the file has been downloaded.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital download, contact info@lyftgear.shop and we will help resolve the issue. If a digital file is faulty contact info@lyftgear.shop

Physical products

Physical products may be offered in the future.

When available, customers will have the right to cancel physical product orders within 14 days of receiving their item, in line with UK consumer law.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Full return instructions will be provided when physical products are launched.

Faulty items

If a physical product arrives faulty or not as described, customers may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
